Request Live Streaming

Broadcasting live streams of campus events online can be coordinated through AppTV

Before you submit a request for live streaming, be sure you are aware of the difference between live streaming and video streaming and are asking for the appropriate service:

Live streaming means that we video an event for realtime streaming online. Live streaming can be useful if you have individuals who cannot attend the actual event (because of geographic location, space, or other constraints) who want to view the event as it occurs online. In this scenario, the event is viewable online while it is taking place.

Video streaming means that an event is video taped or recorded during the actual event. After the event has concluded, the video files are encoded and posted for playback online. In this case, the event is not viewable online while it is taking place.
